Tinopai Primary School is nestled on the northern shores of the Kaipara Harbour in sunny Northland, New Zealand. The area is well known for its fishing and seafood and as a popular holiday resort.

Although we are a small school, we are very much at the centre of the local community. This was very evident during the fishing contest that was held here earlier this year. It was a tremendous success and brought us all together for a common cause - to improve the learning of our tamariki. That is our most important kaupapa.
